K TOOLS HQ

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy explains how K Tools HQ handles information when you visit www.ktoolshq.com and use its web utilities. Different tools use different code and third-party resources, so processing details should be checked on each tool page as well as here.

1. Files and information entered into tools

Several utilities read a selected image, video or PDF through browser APIs and process it on your device. The relevant pages describe what each tool does and whether external model or runtime files are required. The current client-side processing flows for the image compressor, background remover, caption tool, metadata utility and PDF utility do not use a K Tools file-upload endpoint for the selected file. This statement does not mean that the page makes no network requests: the browser may download JavaScript libraries, model files, fonts, analytics code and advertising resources from third parties.

Processing can fail because of a browser limitation, file format, encryption type, available memory, network access or a third-party resource. Keep your original files until you have verified any exported result. Do not upload highly sensitive material unless you are comfortable with the tool's described processing and third-party dependencies.

2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted using third-party infrastructure. Hosting providers may process ordinary request and security information such as IP address, user-agent/browser details, requested URLs, referrer information and timestamps to deliver the site, diagnose issues and protect infrastructure. The exact log fields and retention periods depend on the provider's configuration and policies; K Tools HQ does not make a blanket claim that these records are anonymous or never retained.

3. Analytics

Some pages load Google Analytics (GA4) and may send usage events such as tool interactions or processing status. Analytics providers may receive information about the page, device/browser and interaction, subject to the applicable configuration and provider policy. You can use browser controls and provider privacy controls to manage some tracking; blocking scripts may affect page functionality or measurement.

4. Advertising and cookies

Some pages include Google AdSense code or may use Google advertising features. Google and other relevant vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure, limit or personalize ads, depending on your settings, location and the services in use. Review Google's advertising technologies information and manage available preferences in My Ad Center. Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.

5. Third-party libraries and model downloads

Pages may load scripts, fonts, icons, image assets or AI model files from third-party content delivery networks. Those providers necessarily receive requests for the resources being downloaded and may process request metadata under their policies. A model download can be large on first use; later reuse depends on browser caching. The availability and behavior of these resources can change independently of K Tools HQ.

6. Accounts, storage and children

K Tools HQ does not currently require a user account for the listed utilities. Some pages temporarily hold selected files or results in browser memory, and your browser may cache scripts or model resources. Downloaded outputs are saved by your browser to a location you choose or its default download folder. We do not describe this site as a service designed for children.

7. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the site, tools, analytics or advertising integrations change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. For privacy questions or correction requests, contact iammrkunwar@gmail.com.

Tool-specific note: If a tool page describes different inputs, external dependencies, or limitations, use that page's explanation for the specific utility. Do not treat browser-side file processing as a promise that the entire website operates without network requests.
